License Verification Data: When you validate a license, our API receives your server's hostname and IP address to verify subscription status via Stripe.
Payment Data: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe provides us with metadata such as your name, email, and subscription status.
Plugin Data: Server+ products operate entirely on your server. We do not "phone home" with any of your WordPress data, database contents, server telemetry, or file structures. Your diagnostics and monitoring data remain private to your infrastructure.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Communication between the plugins and our validation API is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription management. Their privacy policy can be found at Stripe's official website. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties.
